I understand that if I cancel my membership during the hold period, the 30-day notice required by my membership agreement is still applicable.

I understand that a hold request must be submitted no less than 5 business days before my forthcoming scheduled non-refundable renewal payment.

Membership freeze requests must be submitted no less than five (5) business days before your scheduled auto-renewal date. Membership freeze requests received later cannot be processed until after the forthcoming scheduled renewal payment. All membership payments are non-refundable. If you choose to freeze your membership for a 15 day period, your following auto-pay date will remain the same and the price will be prorated to reflect the freeze.
